Staying
Is breakfast included?
Not yet, sorry. Volume Hotel is still in its soft-opening period, and an in-house restaurant is planned for 2027. For now, you can buy breakfast yourself nearby: The Square Room at the same address serves coffee and sourdough donuts every day from 07.00, and D’Botanica Mall next door has more places to eat. Both are separate businesses, not part of your booking; you order and pay there directly. About The Square Room.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15.00 WIB and check-out is by 12.00 WIB.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Yes, for a fee and subject to room availability; please let the Front Office know. Early check-in is only for check-ins from Sunday to Thursday. The fee is a share of the Strict rate for your room:

How does self check-in work?
On your arrival day, send a photo of your ID on WhatsApp and we’ll send you the PIN for your key locker. From 15.00 WIB, any hour, open the locker at the check-in counter with that PIN. The Front Office is still at the desk if you need help.
Is an extra bed available?
Not yet, sorry. For groups, our larger rooms may suit you better: Chillhop, Koto, Flamenco and Calypso take up to 4 guests, and Country up to 6. Rooms for 4 guests or more.
Can I bring a pet?
We’re sorry, pets aren’t allowed anywhere in the hotel, including the rooms.
Can I smoke?
Not in the rooms or anywhere indoors. Smoking is allowed only on the outdoor terraces of Koto, Flamenco, Calypso and Country, and in the designated smoking area near the lobby.
Facilities
When is the pool open?
07.00–19.00 WIB, for hotel guests only (no walk-ins). Towels are provided, and fresh coconuts are for sale at the pool.
Is there parking?
Yes, free for staying guests. Parking for ballroom event guests is charged.
Is there a laundry?
Yes: a free self-service laundry room, open 24/7, with detergent and softener provided.
I’m travelling with a baby. Do you have baby items?
A baby crib, sterilizer, playmat, baby bather and baby chair are free to borrow. See baby friendly stay.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free in every room. If you have any trouble connecting, our Front Office will be glad to help.
Booking & payment
What is the difference between the Strict and Flexible rates?
Strict: the lowest price, dates can’t be changed. Flexible: change your dates up to 2 days before arrival, up to 3 times. Neither is refundable.
How do I pay?
Full payment in advance confirms your booking. Bank transfers are accepted only to accounts in the name of PT Nuansa Jagrati Kanaka. Volume Hotel is not responsible for payments made to any other account. At the hotel you can pay by QRIS or credit card.
