SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable Security Deposit of IDR 1,000,000 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned after check-out, subject to room inspection and confirmation of no damage, loss, or policy violations.

DAILY CLEANING POLICY

  • Housekeeping service is available daily between 08:00 – 17:00.
  • ⁠Service includes bed making, trash removal, bathroom refresh, and light cleaning.
  • ⁠Towels are replaced daily. Bed linens are changed every 2–3 days or upon request.
  • ⁠Rooms displaying a “Do Not Disturb” (DND) sign will not be serviced.
  • Additional cleaning requests outside service hours may incur additional charges.

SMOKING & ODOR POLICY

  • ⁠This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas.
  • ⁠Durian and other strong-smelling foods or drinks are not permitted inside guest rooms.
  • ⁠Any violation will result in a cleaning and deodorizing charge.
  • ⁠The hotel reserves the right to deduct applicable fees from the Security Deposit or charge the guest accordingly.

By completing this reservation, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all Terms & Conditions, Reservation Policies, and Unit Rules.

Refund Policy

Cancelation & Refund

All reservation made through our Website is Strictly Non Refundable. In case of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

RESCHEDULE

Please review the Rate Rules selected at the time of booking.

  • Strict Rate: No date or duration changes permitted.
  • ⁠Flexible Rate: Date changes are allowed under the following conditions:
    • Reschedule request must be submitted at least 2 days prior (D-2) to the original arrival date.
    • New dates are subject to availability.
    • The rate will be adjusted to the Flexible Rate applicable on the new arrival date.
    • Maximum of 3 reschedules per booking confirmation.
    • Any price difference must be paid.
    • No refund will be issued for lower rate differences.
