This website

This website has no accounts and no forms that send data to us. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser and the page requested) for security.

The location page shows a map we drew ourselves, so it loads nothing from other sites. Google Maps opens only when you tap the button.

Bookings

Bookings are handled by our booking engine, BookandLink (bookingku.bookandlink.com), or by the travel site you book on, under their own privacy policies.

We receive what we need for your reservation: your name, contact details, stay dates and payment status.

WhatsApp

Messages you send us on WhatsApp are kept to answer you and manage your stay.

At the hotel

At check-in a government ID is scanned for guest registration, and a refundable deposit is taken, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

CCTV is used in public areas only, never inside guest rooms.

Sharing and keeping data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers needed to run your booking, or with authorities when the law requires it.

We keep data only as long as needed for your stay, our records and our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022) you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw your consent. Email hi@volumehotel.com to do so.
