Cititrans is a separate business: not part of Volume Hotel and not a hotel service. Tickets are booked and paid directly with Cititrans.
What it is
Cititrans runs executive shuttles between Bandung and other cities. Its Pasteur departure point is at Jl. Dr. Djunjunan No.153, the same address as Volume Hotel. It is for leaving only: the shuttle does not drop passengers here.

Pick Pasteur as the departure point on cititrans.co.id and the list of destinations includes Soekarno-Hatta airport (domestic terminals 1A, 1B, 2F and 3) and cities such as Jakarta, Bekasi, Bogor, Depok and Tangerang. The timetable to Soekarno-Hatta lists 3 hours 45 minutes. Schedules differ per route and per day.

Book in the Cititrans app or on cititrans.co.id. Their official lines are the call centre 021 7917 1717 and WhatsApp 0811 1794 1234. Many accounts online post their own "Cititrans Pasteur" numbers; Cititrans itself warns about fraud, so use the official channels.
