Extra time

Events longer than 8 hours use extra time noted from the quotation. Time is counted consecutively, including breaks between sessions, meals, prayer or breaks.

Full Day Rp15.000.000 + 4 extra hours Rp5.000.000 = Rp20.000.000 for the space rental. LED and other extras follow the order.

VIP room, pantry & LED

Bonus: catering pantry

• Free for event dates up to 31 December 2026Separate from the VIP room, for light preparation and serving food, no cooking. Sink, prep table, storage rack, fridge and standard sockets. From 1 January 2027: Rp1.000.000/event. Use follows the confirmed access schedule.

Built-in LED screen, rented at an additional price (DOS and TRES only)

LED is optional and not included in the ballroom price. Shorter use still takes the up-to-8-hours package. Time counts consecutively from the agreed start hour, including breaks. It includes LED power, an initial connection test, one device and standard technical help. Content operator, video production, cameras, livestream and extra AV are offered separately.

Booking & terms

1. Access schedule

Full day: setup from 06.00 WIB on the event day; everything out by 24.00 WIB at the latest.

Setup and load-out access do not add to the event duration you buy. Outside the AC hours during setup/load-out, the room has no AC. The AC is on from 30 minutes before the event until 30 minutes after.

2. D-1 access & decor

For celebrations/weddings, D-1 access is only by the hotel’s written approval; hours, storage of items and any fee are agreed first. Large decor, construction work, rehearsals and production needs are offered separately.

3. Confirmation & payment

50% down payment locks the space and the access schedule. Balance due 7 days before the event (D-7), together with the final rundown, layout and vendor needs. Bookings made 6 to 3 days before: full payment no later than D-3; after D-3, full payment at confirmation. Rental payments are non-refundable. Date changes follow availability and the hotel’s written approval.

4. Vendors & exclusive pre-function

Outside catering is allowed; for a limited time, with no vendor fee. Registration and buffet follow the agreed layout; walkways stay open. The exclusive pre-function is allocated to your TRES booking. Music/speakers in the pre-function and foyer are not allowed.

5. Damage deposit (refundable)

TRES Rp3.000.000

For external decor/catering, separate from the rental and paid before vendors enter. Refund targeted 3 working days after inspection, minus damage, special cleaning or delayed bills, with details/documentation.
